It's a hawker centre during the day, but it transformed into a restaurant serving delicious Chinese dishes during the night. The hawker centre is located in the housing area at Damansara Kim, same row as EuroDeli but different block. It was my first time eating at the restaurant but I was really satisfied with all the dishes. One of the most memorable dishes would be the Toufu in Pumpkin Gravy. The toufu was silky smooth, the thick pumpkin gravy was smooth and fragrance due to the curry leaves in it. The other star of the night was the Kai Lan with Preserved Vege. The Kai Lan was crunchy and nice, and they added pickled radish for the extra flavours. One of their signature dishes would be their Pork Ribs - fork-tender meat that melt in your mouth. Yummy! We were told that the place is always crowded, so it's advisable to make a reservation earlier. Another issue you'd be facing is the parking space. The area have limited parking space, so be prepared to make couple of rounds to find a parking or park in the housing area.
NOM NOM !!! Do you know this restaurant? Restaurant Golden Kim Wah is one of the very few chinese restaurant that I love so intensely. All thanks to my friend, SY. He brought me here to explore a new restaurant. They are located at Damansara Kim, at the corner. Anyways, we both wanted to have dinner there. But we waited there for quite a time - around half an hour as they were packed with tons of people. LITERALLY HUNDREDS MAN , there's a Chinese saying : "People mountain People Sea" basically is just crowded. I must say, it was pretty frustrating to wait but hear me out !!! Is certainly WORTH the wait. We were seated and ordered a fish - "Kiong Yong" fish , a tofu- 'Chiu Pai' tofu and a vegetable (can't remember the name of it) It took them another 20 minutes and finally they arrived. The "Kiong Yong" fish is DARN good - they added tons of ginger and chili. I think the fish weight about 1 kg and it cost us merely RM31. Tofu they added shredded chicken, pork meat with some sauce, makes it presentable and delicious- cost around RM 15. Vegetable were fried with some garlics -cost around RM 8. They also provide us a bottomless white rice for only RM 5. They held a relevant prices but poor service due to lack of staff. Any means, here are one of GREATEST you would ever had!
